Thank you to everyone who attended the 2023 Annual HOA Board meeting on Monday.  It was a lively and informative meeting.  The two Board members who ran for re-election, Chris Franchi & Sterling Porter were re-elected. One more homeowner, Will Mulligan, was nominated from the floor, accepted the nomination and was also elected to the Board.  After the meeting the Board met to discuss roles.  Chris Franchi will continue to be the Vice President, Sterling porter will be the treasurer, Adam Powell will continue to be the secretary and Rich Raymond will now be the President.  Nora Roehm & Will Mulligan will be members at large.  Your HOA Board will continue to work hard to serve you and the interests of Wellington Park.  We hope to see you at the next regular Board meeting April 8 at 7:00 pm.
