Bring your pooch out in their best Halloween costume for a parade! We will walk from the clubhouse to Thurston to the park and wrap with a group photo.  Snacks at the clubhouse from 9:00-9:30. Parade starts at 9:30am.  RSVP at wphoasocial@gmail.com
